Booking Policy
You will be required to pay a Deposit upon booking your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your Deposit has been paid.
Please book accordingly to your chosen design and length. All available Services are under "Book". Please select the correct services, as appointment times are based on the complexity and duration of your design.
Add on's can be selected on the booking form page once you have chosen your desired appointment. The costs for add on's is not included in the total price and will be added and charged at your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
You are welcome to cancel/reschedule, however this MUST be done 48h prior to your appointment in order for your Deposit to be returned.

If your appointment is cancelled less than 48h prior to the appointment, or you do not show up to the appointment, your Deposit will not be refunded.
Additional
Please pay your remaining balance via bank transfer at your appointment.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment.

I have the right to refuse to work on your nails if they are damaged.

Any faults (broken/missing nails) will be fixed free of charge within the first 48h of your appointment, any faults after this period would be due to improper aftercare and would incur a fee.
